In 2008, Siuli Ko took on the role of artistic lead for Bouwhouse, an initiative aimed at stimulating the creative industry within The Hague’s Laakhaven district. In collaboration with Linde Masthoff, she transformed the disused RAC Hallen into a dynamic creative playground, a temporary village built from shipping containers that hosted a vibrant weekly program of art, film, music, performance, and theatre. The project became a catalyst for cultural experimentation and community engagement within an evolving urban landscape.
